TECHNOSCIENCE: POSTHUMAN AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FUTURE

Abstract
The phenomenon technoscience is considered. Since 1970-th it has given mankind hitherto unseen technological might. Tehnoscience radically changes the position of man in the universe. From an observer who manages to under-stand patterns of universe evolution man now is an architect who can design the technological future. It is found out that some collective practices based on high technologies do not contain obligations on limiting their use. It is shown that the technological perspective, which opens to the existence of man and the Universe, is ambiguous. The optimis-tic expectations that NBIC-technologies will provide the solution of all social problems revealed to be premature. Au-thor reveals the sort of technological innovations and trends threatening irreversible changes in the environment and the nature of the man as constructed posthuman. Author emphasizes that the anthropism principle has to become a caution to unlimited technological human activity. It defines the privileged position of man in the Universe who not only knows the world and ourselves in it, but creates the world of his being himself sensibly and responsibly. It is al-leged that the morality of current generations activities should be supplemented by the discourse of responsibility to future generations.
