TELECOMMUNICATIONS LAW OF UKRAINE: IN RESPECT TO COMPARATIVE STUDIES ON EUROPEAN UNION LAW

Abstract
The article deals with some results of the study of methodological approaches to the practice of legal regulation of public relations in the field of telecommunications in Ukraine. Telecommunication Law of Ukraine is analyzed in comparison with the relevant law of the European Union. Thus the Telecommunication Law is regarded as a sub-branch of the special part in the complex area of information law.
