Abstract
The article substantiates the expediency of using ВIM technology for the process of construction objects certification, in accordance with the current legislation. Also, grounds for the creation of construction objects certified by the ВIM technology State database are provided. Modern researches and works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of information technologies and building information modeling are analyzed. Scientific methods of theoretical and practical research are outlined, results and perspectives of this work are presented. The scientific new research is underlined.
