ТЕОРЕТИКО-ПРАВОВІ АСПЕКТИ АГРАРНОЇ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ЄС

Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical and legal aspects of the EU agrarian innovation policy considers the factors of development of agricultural production and identifies difficulties hindering positive dynamics. Scientific research determines factors of increasing economic efficiency, including assistance of various international unions, clear agricultural stimulation policy, incentive innovations, use of advanced technologies in the modernization of production processes, promotion of personnel skills development. The priority directions of development of the agrarian economy on the basis of EU research and innovations are determined. The main source of solving problems in the agricultural sector of the EU is the creation of new knowledge for increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of the industry. It is also considered necessary to ensure the sustainable use of resources and eco-system services, food security, the ability to provide agricultural enterprises with increased and diversified production. These and other issues are relevant due to innovations and knowledge economics.
