Teoretyczne dylematy pojęcia elity politycznej

Abstract
The political elite is a term which more often occurs in Polish society using. The name is signified society of positive thinking and looking in nation future. Nowadays the elites are becoming a cause of scientific and technological development so it is seen as really intensive, social needs. The meaning and form is interesting and in consequence causes peoples admiration and respect.The existing of this term justifies the analyse and reflection on phenomena of elites and it is very often main area of researches. The aim of this survey is to expose the elite term and its conditionals in this social environment. The Genesis of elite term approaches this paper by showing conditional forms, the elite role in social life, especially functioning in it.
