Abstract
Differentiation is not only flexible teaching. It can not be said that this is just a simplification of tasks for the less able students, not making them simple and making more complicated - for the more able ones. The article deals with a differentiated approach to each student according to their needs and abilities, which creates the necessary conditions for their development and successful self-actualization. The content of the article will allow to develop an understanding of differentiation as a method of planning for gifted students and to use differentiation strategies (accelerated learning, task complexity, in-depth training, challenge, creativity) to reorganization the curriculum.
