Abstract
Artykuł prezentuje opracowaną w Japonii metodę określaną jako Pisanie Ról (RLT – Role Lettering Therapy), która znajduje liczne zastosowania w psychoterapii oraz poradnictwie. Dzięki swojej poufności jest metodą łatwą w stosowaniu i bezpieczną. Można ją stosować także w połączeniu z analizą transakcyjną, gdzie przeciwdziała podejmowaniu gier psychologicznych, służy odkontaminowaniu stanów ego, wzmacnia strukturę Ja-Dorosły, zmniejsza obrony i opory klientów. Możne znaleźć również zastosowania pedagogiczne w pracy z dziećmi i młodzieżą, osłabiając lęki szkolne, wagarowanie oraz przemoc rówieśniczą.
