TERMINATION OF THE CREDIT AGREEMENT AND DISSOLUTION OF THE CREDIT COMMITMENTS: CORRELATION OF CONCEPTS

Abstract
The article deals with investigation of current issues related to the termination of credit commitments and termination of the credit agreement. The author suggested definition of the termination credit commitments. The author distinguishes the appropriate concepts by analyzing the empirical base of research and law enforcement practice.
