Territorial marketing as a tool for development of the state-private partnership

Abstract

The article is devoted the study of essence, features and types of marketing, used in activity of public organs and organs of local self-government. The article regards the instruments of formation and improvement of territories in the framework of strategic marketing concepts. Depending on the sphere of influence in a public management the followings types of marketing are selected: territorial and state. The article discusses problems of the marketing instruments implementation as a part of the project management of the public- private partnership. The interrelation of marketing and the practical approach in development of public-private partnerships is explained.
