Territorial peculiarities of structural changes in mining regions in the context of their sustainable development

Abstract
Annotation. The aim of the study. The article is devoted to the problem of determining factors that determine the peculiarities of sustainable development of mining regions and formulate distinct requirements regarding the economic structure of land after open mining. Methodology of research. Solving the tasks set in the work is carried out on the basis of the use of such research methods: the method of comparison, analysis, scientific generalization. Findings. The article defines the conditions for structural changes in mining regions after the development of a mineral deposit. The following are factors of structural changes in regions after open mining. A comparison of the largest open source regions with a view to their appropriate structural changes has been made. Practical value. The article gives a methodological approach to the definition of the economic purpose of lands after open mining, which takes into account the peculiarities of sustainable development of the respective regions, which will increase the investment attractiveness of man-caused lands.
