THE ACTUAL DIRECTION OF IMPROVING MANAGEMENT AS TO PRODUCTION UNITS OF THE PENITENTIARY SYSTEM

Abstract
The reform of the penitentiary system of Ukraine has caused the need to improve the socio-economic component of the personnel management of authorized agencies for probation. Personnel management is system phenomenon, it is an element of the managerial process, general management of the activity of authorized agencies for probation. It should be noted that the management of the personnel of these agencies is a multifaceted and complex function, which is caused by the individual loading of employees, individual mentality and competency characteristics (professional knowledge, skills and experience), features of character and level of complexity of subjects of probation. The article proposes an approximate algorithm for calculating optimal load for personnel of authorized agencies for probation, taking into account existing and prospective probation functions in Ukraine on the basis of internationally recognized approaches. The author proposed in the article measures to improve the management of the personnel of authorized agencies for probation. These measures will make it possible to reduce the financial expenses of the state for the maintenance of probation agencies.
