Abstract
Article presents the review of current approaches to long-term antithrombotic therapy after acute coronary syndrome in different groups of patients. An algorhythm for selection of medications according to risk of bleeding, individual reaction and requirement of prolonged use of antithrombotic therapy is proposed.
