Abstract
This article through the prism of a generalized analysis of the scientific legal lit- erature attempts to identify features of administrative law of Ukraine State Service status for geodesy, cartography and cadaster as the subject of non-contact administra- tive services and its structure, as well as offer the author's version of the definition of “administrative and legal status of the State Service Ukraine on geodesy, cartography and cadaster”.
