Journal Title: Вчені записки Таврійського національного університету імені В. І. Вернадського. Серія: Юридичні науки - Year 2018, Vol 29, Issue 5
Abstract
The analysis of the laws of Ukraine, in particular, “On Medicines”, “On Protection of the Population against Infectious Diseases”, “On the Rehabilitation of the Disabled in Ukraine”, “On Emergency Medical Aid” and others, was carried out. It is noted as a lack of ambiguity of the legislator’s approach to the definition of the range of subjects of public administration in the medical sector. The proposals for eliminating this medical law mistake are made.
