Abstract
One of the tasks of the research is to study relationships between phenomena and processes in order to determine the factors that have a major impact on their variation. The article conducts an analytical study of the level of efficiency of work with citizens in the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Russian Federation.
