The application of security measures to convicted in criminal proceedings of Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the application of measures to ensure security of the convicted person in criminal proceedings of Ukraine, as well as proposed changes in legislation regarding its improvement. The author focuses on the fact that the issues associated with providing security of the convicted person are very important because they define the role of the subject in criminal proceedings and enable him properly to exercise their rights.
