Abstract
The article summarizes the provisions of the new Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine provide for measures to ensure the criminal proceedings, investigated the general rules for the application of measures to ensure the criminal proceedings, revealed authority investigating judge in the application of measures of criminal proceedings.
