The assumptions an algorithm for image analysis for the assay fronds growth of common duckweed (Lemna minor L.)

Abstract

The assumptions an algorithm for image analysis for the assay fronds growth of common duckweed (Lemna minor L.). The assumptions of the algorithm aiming to automate and eliminate human error during the process of determining the duckweed (Lemna minor L.) growth used for the wood biomass ecotoxicity. The most effective filter channels of the image was selected.
