The axiological paradigm of the self-organization of educational space of the future teacher-musician

Abstract
The article proclaims that the main objectives of the effectiveness of education at the higher educational establishments are seen in the determination of the patterns of development and self-development of pedagogical systems. The transformation of the pedagogical theories consist in the applying of the effective pedagogical technologies, allows the scientific forecasting and the disclosure of the main trends and prospects of the development and improvement of the pedagogical practice. The solution of the problem of overcoming the crisis of education, the development of valuable sphere of the future teacher musician contributes to the using of the axiological theory as one of the main scientific approaches of self-organizing of school space of student.
