The basic principles of formation the economic and organization sanitation of enterprises

Abstract
This article provides a comparative analysis of the sanitation procedure, which is carried out in court and out of court, the best option of organization process improvement is determined, the basic principles which should be based on the organizational and economic sanitation mechanism of companies are highlighted.
