THE BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION AND PROJECTS OF THE OUTSTANDING LVIV CITY GARDENER A. RÖHRING

Abstract
The article deals with the biographical information and the projects of the outstanding Lviv City Gardener Arnold Röhring, an inspector of urban green spaces. He developed projects of all the green spaces in parks, as well as on the main boulevards and squares of the city, supervising their state. He also supplemented them with small architectural forms. Furthermore, he published a textbook for teachers entitled «Sadownictwo» «Gardening» (1881). We can speak of the existence of the Röhring School in Lviv of that time.
