Abstract
The article deals with problematic issues of categorical-conceptual cognition by theory of law the variable nature of the phenomenon of legal subjectity. The main author’s thesis – a resultative research of the phenomenon of legal subjectity requires the development of a specific conceptual apparatus. It would allow the theory of law to adequately recognize the manifestations of legal subjectity in their particular and even in the individual embodiment.
