The causes of linguistic changes in the Ukrainian comparative linguists’ studies of the 30’s of the XX century

Abstract
The article deals with one of the main peculiarities of linguistic reconstruction as reasons of linguistic changes in the Ukrainian comparative linguists’ studies of the 30’s of the XX century; the linguists’ contribution in the study of the corresponding circle of questions is defined.
