THE CHALLENGE OF INVESTIGATOR

Abstract
This article explores procedure and resolving of challenge, self-objection of investigator in criminal proceedings, analyzes scientific approaches to procedures of challenge, self-objection of investigator. New amendments to current legislation are proposed.
