THE CHALLENGES OF FORMATION OF THE STATE REGIONAL POLICY IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract
Ways of improving of Ukraine competitiveness strategies, taking into account areas of regional policy, sectorial (branch), territorial (spatial) and management, are offered. Determined challenges of social and economic development in consideration of potential threats to create new opportunities for the development of regions of Ukraine and raising living standards. Methodological approaches applied to the regional development policy, considering globalization vectors of transnational corporations and individual countries. Subject to the basic principles of improving strategies for the state competitive recovery, the formation and implementation of the state regional policy should be based on the principles of achieving a uniform and integrated spatial development, regional and local accessibility, sustainable local development and effective cooperation.
