The changes’ management with the competent approach using in managers’ training

Abstract
Introduction. Globalization processes in the world economy lead to an increase in the interrelationships and interdependencies between different economic entities, a considerable complication of the structures of enterprises and organizations and, as a result, exacerbate the problems of their management. Organizations are confidently developing when they have a well-grounded strategy and efficiently use resources, transforming when they cease to meet their chosen goals. Contemporary successful management of an enterprise must take into account the impact of the transient environment and be based on the ability of the management to choose the right vector for the development of the organization. That is why the training of managers capable of managing in a changing environment is becoming a very topical issue. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to ground the expediency of using the competence approach in training managers in the conditions of change and to form competences for change management. Results. The necessity of a competence approach for training managers in conditions of changes is grounded. The types and description of the competences for change management: corporate, leadership, managerial, professional are considered. Competencies to manage changes in the organization by management levels: strategic, mastery, advanced, basic are formed. Conclusion. The quality of human capital is becoming a decisive factor in the context of global competition. The need to adapt to change and generate changes sets new tasks for modern managers, an attempt to solve which can be done through the formation of appropriate competencies. Prospects for further research in this direction is the formation of a card of competencies for agents and participants of change and the definition of competencies to manage change in the overall knowledge management system of the company.
