THE COLLECTIVE NEGOTIATIONS PRESENT INSTITUTION UNDER INTERNATIONAL LABOR LAW EFFECTIVE NORMS

Abstract
Within this scientific and legal paper the author’s makes complex research consideration of actual, separated and integral thematic issue of one of the most important social and legal, organizational and establishing elements of labor relations present institution – collective negotiations whose notion, basic elements, purpose, tasks, principles, organization, process mechanism, necessary and expected useful social result/effect are to meet jointly the content of certain, subject-matter binding norms of the present international labor law. By means of necessary and due invoking a range of specialized international law instruments (conventions) of International Labor Organization (ILO) and the other UN universal international law instruments as well, adducing and detailed analyzing their certain normative content provisions, which in subject-matter way regulate the whole complex of legal relations connected with reproduction of collective negotiations, the author characterizes this element as fundamental normative and organizational determinant which duly secures general, complex, integral, systematic, permanent, civilized, value, well-ordered, determined and regulated by law reproduction of labor relations.
