The combination of abdominal and Intrathoracic tuberculosis in a young child

Abstract

The paper presents clinical observation data of a young child, a patient with generalized tuberculosis with lungs lesions, intrathoracic and mesenteric lymph nodes. Close fami-ly contact to the tuberculosis patient, the expressed tuberculin sensitivity, the reduced efficiency of BCG vaccination were the most essential risk factors in the disease.
