The Competent Tribunal in Cases to Declare the Nullity of Marriage

Abstract

In this paper the author presents the standards for jurisdiction about deciding cases of nullity of marriage. Analyzing the development of canon law indicates the historical documents, somehow showcase the genesis of contemporary norms.
