THE CONCEPT AND CONTENT OF CATEGORY “TRANSFER OF SUBSTITUTES BY PHYSICOUS PERSONS THROUGH THE CUSTOMS BORDER OF UKRAINE”

Abstract
The main content of the concept of “moving across the customs border of Ukraine” was disclosed. It were analysed the main theoretical and methodological views on the content and significance of this category. The elements and the structure of the concept “the movement of objects by individuals through the customs border of Ukraine” were determined. The analysis of legislative support of this procedure was made. There were developed some proposals to improve the clarity of legal adjusting this category. The main features of the movement of objects by individuals through the customs border of Ukraine were determined.
