The concept and features of internally displaced persons in Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of internally displaced persons as an object of so- ciological and legal analysis; the basic features of internally displaced persons in Ukraine; outlines the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons; discussed and analyzed the problem of legal support internally displaced persons in Ukraine. Author’s definition of the term «internally displaced person (IDPs)» and proposals on improvement of legal regulation in this area have been described.
