The concept and stage of permissive proceedings in the field of food safety and quality.

Abstract

The essence of the procedure for obtaining an operating permit for the production of facilities (objects) for: processing of inedible products of animal origin is disclosed; production, mixing and preparation of feed additives, premixes and forages, as well as operating permission for market operators operating in the production and / or storage of food products of animal origin, we can state that this type of proceedings consists of the following stages: 1) violation of the permit proceedings; 2) the direct examination by the competent public administration body (the organs of the State Procurement Civic Service) of the documents submitted or inspection of premises; 3) making a decision on issuing a permit; 4) appeal of the decision (out-of-court and judicial appeal); 5) issue of permission.
