The concept of a person in phenomenological anthropology of E. Stein

Abstract
Great merit in the study of human person belongs to phenomenological philosophy. One of the famous representatives of personalistic direction in phenomenology is E. Stein, she is a disciple and an assistant of E. Gusserl. The starting point for her is a person is free and thanks to his/her spirituality is responsible for her/ his life. The main task of the person is the implementation of herself / himself and that’s why needs to know her identity. E. Stein presents the structure of a person. This is characterized by the presence of the body, the care of the person, the existence of «I», soul, as the substance, spirit. It is also emphasized, that the development and existence of a spiritual person are connected with the search of values located in the deepest layers of the soul. All abovementioned «elements» of the person are briefly linked, work out the integrity and complement each other. Body doesn’t exist without spirit and soul, and soul doesn’t exit without spirit and body.
