THE CONCEPT OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN

Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of the criminological content of the concept of “sexual violence against children” and the definition of the concept of sexual violence against children through the disclosure of terms such as “violence”, “sexual aggression”, “sexual violence”, “sexual abuse”.
