THE CONCEPT OF SPECIAL COMMERCIAL FISH FARMING UNDER CURRENT LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In this Article, the author tries to put forward essential issue on how the concept of special commercial fish farming can be defined. Particularly, special focus is placed on the several definitions extracted from the existing Ukrainian legislation. The analytical framework of the article is built on the unique method (the shift from the abstract to concrete categories), according to which the definition of the investigated concept is constructed. Based on comparative analysis, the author reveals common and distinctive features in several definitions of the same concept.
