The Conceptual Design of a Mobile Hydraulic Platform

Abstract
The subject of this paper is the definition of the conceptual design of a mobile hydraulic platform. The hydraulic platform is a self-propelled machine that allows access to less accessible places, sensitive surfaces and terrains with limited load capacity. It is a massive steel construction where a buckling system is fastened together with all the necessary elements. The paper seeks to define variant solutions of platforms, one of which is chosen as the most favorable, according to the technical and economic evaluation criteria. A variant solution that has been rated as the best is detailed and explained in the paper. All the most significant hydraulic elements used in this variant solution of the mobile hydraulic platform are explained in detail with a calculation of their basic working characteristics.
