THE CONCEPTUAL PROBLEMS OF RESEARCHING OF THE REPRESENTATIVE MANDATE IN THE EUROPEAN CONSTITUTIONAL DOCTRINE

Abstract
In the article the conceptual problems of researching of the representative mandate in the European constitutional doctrine as the scientific foundation of forming of the ideas of the representative mandate have been analysed. Views and discussions of leading scientists have been considered in relation to this problem. The Ukrainian and foreign scientific sources, devoted to the problem of the representative mandate have been investigated.
