THE CONDITION OF ADMINISTRATION SYSTEMS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article considers the real state of administration systems in domestic enterprises. These findings were obtained using the method of expert research. According to the results of the research, the level of understanding of administration systems in the management of employees of domestic companies was identified, the level of competence of officials in the construction and use of such systems was revealed. The main obstacles to decision-making on the improvement of administration systems were identified, priority areas of business entities were identified, in which these systems should be introduced or improved in the first place. The main advantages of using administration systems in the management of enterprises have been established, the level of their functionality in organizations has been identified.
