THE CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER OF COMMITTAL PROCEDURES OF THE INCAPACITATED PERSON IN PSYCHIATRIC INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article considers the issues dealing with the problem of legal regulation of hospitalization of persons, considered disabled as established by legislation, in psychiatric institutions. The constitutionality of the revamping of this order is being analyzed. Attention was drawn to constitutionality of existing mechanisms for incapacitated person.
