The cost of the object of lease as an essential condition of the lease

Abstract
In the article the theoretical and practical aspects of the use in lease relations of such essential condition as the cost of the object of lease are investigated. Authors analyzed the use of the notion of restorative value in various legal acts. On the basis of judicial practice, the meaning of the value for economic relations is determined. Key words:
