THE CRIMINAL-LAW REGULATION OF THE USE OF FORCE BY PARENTS, GUARDIANS, TEACHERS IN THE LEGISLATION OF THE USA: NORMATIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the criminal-legal mechanism for the use of force by actors (parents, educators, guardians), who have a special responsibility for caring for other persons (a child younger than 18 years, a mental incompetent), their discipline and safety in the criminal law of the United States of America. The author conducts a comprehensive normative analysis of such justified conduct and makes appropriate conclusions.
