The Critical Edition of Fourth Chapter on Discipline of Usûl of Mollah Husraw’s Nakdu’l-afkar fi raddi'l-anzar

Abstract
In this research, we dealt with the section of fourth chapter of the book of Imam Mollah Husraw which includes the topics related to usul al-Fiqh and added a review. The book consists of questions and answers between Taftazani and his students and Mollah Husraw’s critics to them. Five copies were used during the investigation of the book including one which is in author’s handwriting. Due to its date and elaboration the author’s handwriting is selected as primary source and signified with ك. Studies that were quoted by the author were detected, verses and ahadith were shown. Non-famous individuals that were in the book were introduced, words and books that are in need of clarification were explained in footnotes and a bibliography was added for researchers who want to reach the sources. In the introduction section information related to the method of the study and the author is available.
