The cultural patterns in organizations

Abstract

The paper broach cultural patterns issues: describes their essence and emphasizes their importance for organizational functioning and development. The deliberations concentrate on the dominant and desired cultural patterns as well as on the ways of their forming and development. The empirical research is the basis of discussion presented in the paper. The results obtained allow to presume about the directions of cultural sphere development in organizations.
