THE CURRENT STATE OF WASTE RECYCLING IN UKRAINE AND THE WAYS OF IMPROVING ITS EFFICIENCY

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the research of waste recycling in Ukraine as the most optimal and effective way of waste management. The state and perspectives of development of the legal regulation in this area are analyzed. The main ecological and economic advantages of recycling of waste in Ukraine are determined. A number of problems have been identified that impede the implementation of this mechanism and possible ways to solve them are suggested.
