The development of approaches to definition of human capital in foreign studies

Abstract
The article analyzes approaches to the definition of human capital in the foreign works of economists. The definitions of human capital, its characteristic features and elements are presented. The diversity of approaches in the definitions of human capital in foreign studies is due to the multiplicity of theoretical and methodological positions and directions within which human capital concepts are defined. It is substantiated that the most valuable resource of the national economy is human capital.
