THE DIRECTIONS OF MODERNIZATION THE OIL AND GAS COMPLEX OF UKRAINE THROUGH THE SECURITIES MANAGEMENT

Abstract
In this article, we examined the conditions, factors, and trends in the development of oil and gas complex of Ukraine identified the main problems of its operation and barriers to further development. We investigated the financial instruments market as a tool to ensure sustainable development of oil and gas complex. We justify the possibility of upgrading the oil and gas complex of Ukraine by securities management. In the research, we have presented a scheme of using domestic state bonds and specialty bond in the financing of oil and gas complex of Ukraine, calculated the optimal structure of portfolio securities by the model quasi-Sharpe. We have been proved that the use of the financial instruments of the stock market and implementing innovations in the oil and gas complex of Ukraine will significantly reduce the state energy dependence, and in the long term will become an exporter of oil and gas resources and high-quality petroleum products.
