The drug induced liver injury: tactics of diagnosis and treatment

Abstract
The article presents data of the drug induced liver injury, that plays an important role in the general structure of liver pathology. The basic directions of therapeutic correction of the drug induced liver injury been presented. The use of hepatoprotectors is one of the pathogenetically substantiated directions of treatment. Preparations of ursodeoxycholic acid proved to be the most effective and safe drugs with the wide clinical spectrum of application.
