THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION, CAREER DEVELOPMENT, WORK-FAMILY SUPPORT ON JOB SATISFACTION

Abstract
The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, career development, and work-family support on job satisfaction. The sample consisted of 175 employees working in state-owned banks in Jember Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Multiple linear regression was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results showed that compensation and work-family support had significant effects on job satisfaction. On the other hand, career development did not significantly affect job satisfaction.<br/><br/>
