The Effect of Dedicated Facilities Efficiency Increase on the Amount of Delayed Requisition in West Azerbaijan Melli Bank

Abstract
The current study aims at surveying the effect of increasing dedicated facilities efficiency on delayed requisition in west Azarbaijan Meli Bank. Increasing demand of institutes and organizations to use bank requisitions is inevitable to boost organization performance. In doing so, increasing the efficiency of dedicated facilities is of great importance. Current study in applied in terms of goal and is descriptive in terms of data collection and is survey in terms of quality of performing. Thestatistical population comprises of the whole staff working at West Azarbaijan Meli Bank as 649 individuals among which 241 ones were chosen as stratified random sampling method. Questionnaire was used in this study to collect data including 33 items to be valid and whose reliability was obtained as 0.788 (Cronbach alpha coefficient) showing that the questionnaire was reliable. SPSS software was used to make analysis and the derived data from questionnaire was used to study descriptive and inferential statistics. Also, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Spearman correlation test and Friedman test were used in statistical analysis.
