The Effect of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a Moderating Variable at PT Truba Jaga Cita Muara Enim Branch

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, job satisfaction on performance and work discipline then analyze the effect of work discipline on performance and to analyze the role of work discipline in moderating the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on performance. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula so that the sample obtained was 133 employees of PT Truba Jaga Cita with random sampling. The analysis technique used is quantitative statistics with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) program PLS projection method. The results showed that motivation and job satisfaction directly affect performance and work discipline then work discipline is able to moderate the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on performance. Then work discipline directly affects performance
